Ingredients

  • 300g frozen berries
  • 150ml red wine
  • 50ml orange juice
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice

Method

  1. In a large saucepan mix all of the ingredients and bring to boil. Boil on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and pour the jam into a sterilized jar.

DAY 17.

This recipe produces approximately 400g of jam.
