Ingredients
- 300g frozen berries
- 150ml red wine
- 50ml orange juice
- 200g sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
Method
- In a large saucepan mix all of the ingredients and bring to boil. Boil on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and pour the jam into a sterilized jar.

This recipe produces approximately 400g of jam.
